Question- When will I get the payment for my scrap car? Answer - You will get cash or online UPI payment before pickup.
Question- When will I get the scrapping videos of my car? Answer - You will get them on the next day from the pickup date.
Question- What do you do with my scrap car? Answer - We will dismantle it completely, then remove all the hazardous liquids from it, burn the seats, break all the plastic parts and then send the iron body to the factory for recycling.
Question- What are the documents required? Answer - Only photocopy of RC and ID from your side, rest we will give you Scrap Affidavit, Delivery Receipt, Our ID Paper, Scrap Declaration Letter, Scrap Purchase Agreement and payment.
Question- When will I get the above documents? Answer - You will get all the original documents before pickup on the spot hand to hand, only videos you will get the next day from the pickup date.
Question- Is the pickup service free or chargeable? Answer - Pickup service is free in Delhi and NCR.
Question- How will my car registration number will be De-Registered? Answer - All registrations after completing 10 years for diesel cars and 15 years for petrol cars are De-Registered Automatically.
Question- Can I do the De-Registration myself before expiry date? Answer - Yes, We will hand over you the cutted Chassis Plates and you can submit it to the RTO along with the original RC.
Question- What extra benefit will i get when i scrap my car ? Answer - Yes, You will get extra payment for Trade of your Certificate of Deposit (COD).
